L.O. is gettin' a PRENUP! That means the ball IS in HIS Court fa sho'!

L.O. is a smart man! He already met with his lawyer to to dish out that prenup before making his wedding to Khloe Kardashian 100%!

Hubby went on down to the Beverly Hills law office and linked up with divorce-guru Neal Hersh last Friday to shoot out the terms. Hersh won't return TMZ's call, but Odom's people tell them "Lamar has a set of balls" -- translation, he's not giving Khloe half of anything.

TMZ has been told that Lamar wants to make sure the money and other assets he brings into the marriage are solely HIS! But pass all of that, Lamar ain't giving Khloe half of his earnings going forward either. Can we say "LOCKED IN"!!!!

I wonder how does Khloe luv dat? We will just have to wait and see...
